Funding your studies at MHISS
MHISS welcomes all freshmen to its campus this 2022/2023 academic year. As a new student, you are required to fully understand and follow the registration procedures very strictly to enable you take off with lectures effectively.
Payment of Registration Fees
The registration fee can be paid to the school finance officer on the school campus or in any of the School’s Bank Accounts. After payment of the registration fee, ensure you’re given a valid receipt by the school finance officer, or the Bank.
After successfully paying your registration fee, you will receive an admission letter, indicating that you have been admitted to study at MHISS.
The registration fee varies by level
ND FCFA 15,000
HND FCFA 30,000
Bachelor (B-Tech & BSc) FCFA 40,000
MBA FCFA 50,000

Payment of Tuition Fees
After paying your registration fees and receiving an admission letter, you are expected to pay your tuition fees to be fully recognized as a student of MHISS. We’ve made it easy for you to pay your tuition fees.
Payment Designation
All payments must be done directly at the school finance office or at the school’s official bank accounts. The institution is not responsible for any payments of tuition or other fees to individual staff outside of the school finance officer. Otherwise, the student shall bear full responsibility in case of any loss. After payment at the bank, the student should present the receipt to the school finance officer for entry into the school database.
Paying by bank transfer
Payments can be made by electronic transfer directly into the University’s bank account. All you need to do is to go to the bank and indicate that you want to pay fees into the MHISS account.
You can pay your tuition fees into any of the following Bank Accounts, using the following details:
1. BANK NAME: COMMUNITY CREDIT COMPANY, (CCC, Plc)
2. BANK NAME: UNICS Plc
N/B: You can pay fees to any of the branches of the banks in Cameroon (Limbe, Yaounde, Bamenda, Douala, Tiko, Kumba, etc).
ALL FEES AND REGISTRATION PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Pay your fees in installments
MHISS provision for payment of tuition is as follows
The total amount to be paid for each installment is stipulated in the Student Registration Form (SRF) which specifies the academic roadmap of each student with a projected graduation date.
Other Fees
All other fees like application, registration, international student fee, and other academic or residential costs incurred by the institution on behalf of the student shall be paid in a single installment by the student upon demand from the institution.
Financial Aid
MHISS awards full or partial assistance to students through its charity foundation called Mountain Development Foundation (MDF). Students seeking financial assistance should apply directly to the Foundation. Based on multiple factors, the Foundation will study the file of each applicant and make recommendations to the Board of Directors for Possible Awards of full or partial scholarships.
